Howdy, my name is James! I am a MADAH student and the Editor-in-Chief of the Express this year! Outside of my work with the Express, I do trampoline gymnastics with UCC, read fantasy and sci-fi, and talk far too much about the works of William Shakespeare.

Hi, I'm Anna! I’m an international postgraduate student studying Women’s Studies with a passion for human rights, gender equality, and social justice. As the News Editor for UCC Express, I’ll be covering ongoing issues in Cork, Ireland, and around the world, with a focus on feminist perspectives and marginalized voices. I am excited to use my voice to raise awareness, spark discussion, and connect with people.

Hi! My name's Alice and I'm an MA student (English - Modernities) with a passion for all things macabre. Consider me a combination of everything that you hate about the average indie white man; owns a curated letterboxd account & still listens to 2000s emo music (I balance it out by being a weird twenty year old girlboy) That aside, I hope to bring a fresh perspective to the Features side of The Express and maybe sometimes pester you with my niche hyperfixations. Hi, I’m Vanshika! A MSBA student with a sparkling personality and a knack for keeping things fun and engaging. As the Social Media Manager for UCC Express, I love creating content that connects people and brings stories to life. When I’m not brainstorming ideas, you’ll find me singing, swimming, or debating Taylor Swift’s best era (spoiler: they’re all iconic)!

If I’m not doing real work, I’m doing something for my fake job chairing the Pop Culture Society. In between running around campus, I bake, take care of plants, and spend an obscene amount of time decorating my apartment. I can’t wait to get dug into my work at the Express!

Hey I'm Isabel, Izzy to most people, and I’m the Gaeilge Editor for UCC Express! I am in 2nd year of World Laguages, and as well as having a Grá for Gaeilge I love French too. My free time is usually spent by making unneccesarily long spotify playlists, forcing my friends to watch the Hannah Montana movie or chatting non-stop over a pint. I believe that fashion is not just about clothes, but about identity and self expression, and I am eager to bring that perspective to the Express this year. I'm really just a chronically online girl who's obsessed with the colour pink, and I'm sure that will shine through in my articles this year.

Hi! I'm Tia and I'm a first year Arts student. I've done a number of cool things in life such as writing Sonic fanfiction when I was fifteen or painting myself pink for pink training, but the most impressive is having escaped Waterford with only minor burns and scratches. I am here as Sexpress editor to cover things related to sexuality and relationships. I'm really passionate about queer topics and I am also a committee member on Bród society :)
