Meet the Makerspace

The Skills Centre team would like to say we hope you have enjoyed the first few weeks of term! We have met with over 1,937 of you so far. And as always, feel free to drop into us in the Skills Centre from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to ask us about our services.

From October 3rd, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 4pm the Skills Centre will be operating out of a second venue: the Makerspace at The Hub. This will be an all-day drop-in service and we also will run themed weeks with special guest slots facilitated by our colleagues from the Library’s Learning and Teaching team and Dr Loretta Goff, the Academic Integrity Education Officer.
